ISM-Houston announced today that economic activity in Houston expanded at a faster pace in January. The ISM-Houston PMI diffusion index rose modestly, led by faster expansion in non-manufacturing sectors. Manufacturing activities expanded at a slower pace again this month, led by a decline in the non-durable goods space.
